PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable guide in a guide mode selected by a user from a plurality of guide modes and improve the convenience in a navigation device. SOLUTION: A display guide mode selecting means makes a user select a guide mode of guide information to be displayed on a display section 3 from the plurality of guide modes. An aural guide mode selecting means makes the user select a guide mode of guide information to be aurally output by an aural output section 4 from the plurality of guide modes. A guide information acquisition means acquires the guide information in the guide mode selected by the display guide mode selecting means according to the current position and the guide information in the guide mode selected by the aural guide mode selecting means. A display controlling means makes a display section 3 display the guide information in the guide mode selected by the display guide mode selecting means.
