PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device having large coupling rigidity of a vehicle body mounting bracket with a vehicle body side, and capable of reliably ensuring a conductive path and easily mounting the vehicle body mounting bracket on the vehicle body. SOLUTION: A through hole 73 of a collar 7 is formed in a long elliptical shape in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body. Thus, in the assembly, the collar 7, a bush 6 and a ring 8 can be positionally adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body by the space between the outside diameter of a bolt and the through hole 73. Thus, vehicle body mounting brackets can be easily mounted by absorbing the dispersion of the position of the bolt hole in the longitudinal direction on a vehicle body 3 side and manufacturing errors in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body between a lower vehicle body mounting bracket 15 and an upper vehicle body mounting bracket 2.
