PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel for a vehicle easy to position and rigidity of which does not lower. SOLUTION: A connecting part to connect two beads 50, 50 adjacent to each other at the same level is provided, positioning holes 52A, 52B used for positioning in assembly are provided on the connecting part and a bar ring projected to the inside of the bead 50 is formed on an inner peripheral part of the positioning holes 52A, 52B on the floor panels 3, 4 for the vehicle provided with a plurality of beads 50 by arranging them in parallel in a concentric circular arc shape.
