PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication equipment accommodation device to locally perform authentication without prerecognizing a movement destination of communication equipment and requiring any intermediate device to interpose in the case that when a communication equipment moves between communication equipment accommodation devices, authentication processing is performed again on a network where the communication equipment moving between a plurality of communication equipment accommodation devices is present, and also to limit a connection of an unauthorized user even if information leaks out of the communication equipment. SOLUTION: A communication equipment accommodation device includes: a means of storing secret information common to the plurality of communication equipment accommodation devices; a means of generating authentication key information by processing the secret information and arbitrary additional information when supplied with them; and a means of deciding whether pieces of information on authentication keys that the communication equipment accommodation device and a communication equipment requesting itself to be accommodated have match each other based upon the authentication key information generated by the communication equipment accommodation device and authenticated key information supplied from the communication equipment when the arbitrary authenticated key information and additional information are supplied from the communication equipment requesting itself to be accommodated, and performing authentication for accommodation when it is decided that the pieces of information match each other.
