CONDUCTIVE BLACK POWDER, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND ITS BLACK FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide black powder made of a titanium oxynitride and excellent in conductivity and dispersibility, its manufacturing method, and a conductive black film.

SOLUTION: Conductive black powder contains phosphorous (P) and/or silicon (Si) while being titanium oxynitride powder expressed by general formula of TiOxNy(1.0≤x+y≤1.3, 2x2is≤1Ωcm and its brightness (an L value) is≤10.5. Preferably, the conductive black powder contains 0.005-2.0 wt.% of phosphorous and/or silicon while its volume resistance value in a green compact under a pressure of 50 kg/cm2is≤0.05Ωcm by alcohol treatment. There are provided the conductive black powder, its manufacturing method, and the conductive black film containing the conductive black powder.
