PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent illegal intrusion into a room. SOLUTION: When it is detected that a glass plate of a window is broken, a window breakage detecting part 5 transmits a breakage detection signal, and an electric lock part 4 locks the window by an electric lock in accordance with the reception of the breakage detection signal from the window breakage detecting part 5. Since the window is locked by the electric lock even though a portion of the glass plate is broken to release a mechanical key, the intrusion into the room can be surely prevented.
