PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a useless increase of a file size of a digital document after coupling. SOLUTION: A MFP includes a file receiving portion S02 to acquire a first document file and a second document file each of which includes at least one resource data, an examining portion S08 to examine whether the same resource data is included in the first document file and in the second document file, a reconstituting portion S11 to delete the same resource data included in the second document file and to reconstitute the second document file so as to include the same resource data as one included in the first document file, when the same document data is included, and a coupling portion S14 to couple the same resource data, an individual resource data included in the first document file and in the second document file each, a data of other part included in the first document file and a data of other part included in the second document file.
