PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete wireless LAN setting before entering a wireless LAN communicable range provided by an access point since the fixed access point is connected without delay from a wireless LAN device loaded on a moving vehicle. SOLUTION: The information of two or more positions where the access point is installed and the configuration definition information of a wireless LAN required for connecting the access point are recorded in a recording means beforehand, and approaching to the access point recorded in the recording means is judged from the position information of the present terminal (step 502). A configuration definition including SSID, which is recorded in the recording means, is set as the configuration definition of the wireless LAN before sensing radio waves from the access point (step 505).
