PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce duplicated name settlement processing in an information processor when it acquires content while suppressing the configuration of the information processor from being complicated. SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a receiving means which receives a URI showing the location of content in a communication network; a name settlement means which acquires an IP address corresponding to a domain name contained in the URI from a DNS server; an acquisition means which acquires the content by use of the IP address; and a substitution means which executes first substitution processing for substituting a URI containing the same domain mane as the domain name contained in the URI of the content of URIs contained in the content to a format containing no domain name.
