PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device formed by sticking rear surfaces of two substrates manufactured, independently to each other, having electrical conductivity via electrode between them, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The display device has such a structure that a first substrate having a plurality of light-emitting devices formed thereon and a second substrate having a plurality of driving devices for driving the light-emitting devices formed thereon are stuck to each other. The first and second substrates are provided with a plurality of through holes, and a surface opposite to the surface whereon the light-emitting devices are formed, of the first substrate and a surface opposite to the surface whereon the driving devices are formed, of the second substrate are stuck to each other so that the light-emitting devices and the drive devices are electrically connected through the through holes.
