PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel with an outer facing material, having more excellent strength, reducing the cost, and improving water proof performance as compared with the past. SOLUTION: In this wall panel 1 with the outer facing material, frame bodies 3, 4 are fitted to the peripheral edge parts of both surfaces of a plate material 2, and in the interiors of the frame bodies 3, 4, vertical sash bar material 5, 6 parallel to one and the other stile materials 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are disposed between the opposite rails 3c, 3d, 4c, 4d, a plurality of outer facing materials 7 are disposed adjacent to each other on the surface of the frame body 3 and the vertical sash bar material 5. The side end parts of the plurality of outer facing materials 7 are fixed to the surfaces of the one and other stile materials 3a, 3b of the frame body 3 and the surface of the vertical sash bar materials 3a, 3b through a waterproof material 8. Thus, the plate material can be held between both side surfaces by the frame body. The amount of plate materials used can be reduced from two to one, and further entering of rainwater from between the adjacent outer facing materials can be surely prevented by a waterproof material.
