PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having flame retardancy and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a mixture blended with a lactic acid-based resin (A) in a ratio of≥50 mass% and <95 mass% and an aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) in a ratio of≥5 mass% and <50 mass%, phosphonitrile acid phenyl ester (C) in an amount of≥1 part by mass and≤20 pts.mass, expansible graphite (D) in an amount of≥1 pt.mass and≤50 pts.mass and a non-styrene based rubber or elastomer (E) in an amount of≥5 pts.mass and≤20 pts.mass.
