CARBONACEOUS SHEET AND FUEL CELL SEPARATOR USING THE SAME

Disclosed is a carbonaceous sheet having a weight per unit area of not more than 1000 g/m². This carbonaceous sheet is composed of a carbon fiber nonwoven fabric having a weight per unit area of 1-30 g/m² and a resin-coated graphite powder arranged on both sides of the carbon fiber nonwoven fabric and containing 3-20% by mass of a resin. Also disclosed is a fuel cell separator using such a carbonaceous sheet, which is thin and excellent in conductivity and surface smoothness.
