摘要 <p>The method for roasting dosed quantities of raw coffee beans in roasting chambers (3) using condensed hot-air, comprises filling a dosing device (1) alternatively guided from storage containers (2) with raw coffee beans, delivering the dosed quantity into the roasting chamber, roasting the delivered quantity under roasting time, temperature and flow rate of the roasting hot-air, transferring the roasted coffee beans to a conveyer system (7) under cooling via temporary opening, and conducting and transferring the roasted products to receiving containers (12) in a control technical manner. The method for roasting dosed quantities of raw coffee beans in roasting chambers (3) using condensed hot-air, comprises filling a dosing device (1) alternatively guided from storage containers (2) with raw coffee beans, delivering the dosed quantity into the roasting chamber, roasting the delivered quantity under roasting time, temperature and flow rate of the roasting hot-air, transferring the roasted coffee beans to a conveyer system (7) under cooling via temporary opening of the roasting chamber, and conducting and transferring the roasted products to receiving containers (12) in a control technical manner. The heat energy of the hot-air flowing through the roasting chamber is delivered partly to the air to be compressed for flowing and/or to a parallel roasting procedure. The dosing device for reaching the quantity of raw coffee extracts different raw coffee from different storage containers. A control signal for a visual and/or acoustic playback device arranged within the area of the roasting device is generated with the delivery of raw coffee to the dosing equipment. After the delivery of the roasted coffee beans to the conveyer system, an automatic refilling of the roasting chamber takes place via the dosing equipment in a controllable and adjustable manner. The hot-air flowing through the roasting chamber is separated in a filter mechanism by coffee bean membrane and oil containing particles resulting during the roasting process. The hot-air is sucked into a heat exchanger after the roasting procedure and/or the filtering for admixing with the air to be compressed for the roasting procedure. The roasted coffee quantity is weighed during the transport of the roasting chamber to the receiving container. The roasting is regulated and controlled through a central computer, which is connected with the roasting devices over data communication channels by an external network. Order dates are entered over the external network for roasting the coffee beans to determinable parameters such as coffee bean sorting, roasting, quantity, branching and collection time, in the computer. The parameters are stored and/or administered, and coordinated and released according to the roasting procedures. An independent claim is included for a device for roasting dosed quantities of raw coffee beans in roasting chambers using condensed hot-air.</p>
