<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a mirror-like surface to the inside surfaces of both a lens body and a housing body, both of which are primarily molded objects, in a side winker as an injection-molded object wherein the lens body and the housing body are integrated by secondary injection. <P>SOLUTION: First and second molds 7 and 8 are constituted so as to be moved in reverse directions and moved in a surface direction, and the mirror-like surface forming devices 14 and 10 respectively provided to the second and first molds 8 and 7 are abutted to the lens body 2 and the housing body 4, both of which are a pair of the primary molded objects supported by the first and second molds 7 and 8 to form the first and second mirror-like surfaces 5 and 6 to the inside surfaces 2a and 4a of both primary molded objects. Thereafter, the lens body 2 and the housing body 4 are abutted to each other and a resin material 9 is secondarily injected in the abutted part to mold the side winker 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
