<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content receiving system in which user friendliness is improved when receiving and displaying contents desired by a user, and while suppressing power consumption required for displaying the contents, batch display can be performed even for contents such as electronic newspaper contents in a relatively large display data size. <P>SOLUTION: A content receiving system 10 comprises a mobile communication terminal 40 and an external display device 50. The mobile communication terminal 40 receives contents distributed from a server 25 on the basis of distribution reservation information registered beforehand and transmits the contents received from the server 25 through non-public short-range communication. The external display device 50 receives contents transmitted from the mobile communication terminal 40 through non-public short-range communication and plots the contents received from the mobile communication terminal 40 on a display means capable of maintaining an image display state in a parasitic state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
