RETRIEVAL SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND RETRIEVAL SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase opportunities to use information by presenting a retrieval result suited to an individual user action plan.

SOLUTION: A task corresponding to a user action plan inputted from a user for retrieval is extracted on the basis of individual information registered in an individual information DB 11 in advance and schedule information registered in a schedule DB 13 in advance. The extracted task is associated with a retrieval site relating to the task. A query to be transmitted to the associated retrieval site to acquire a retrieval result is prepared. A query to be transmitted to the retrieval site is further prepared on the basis of the acquired retrieval result. The query is transmitted to a retrieval site relating to a task corresponding to a user action plan, such as an alcoholic party and a travel, and retrieval results corresponding to the user action plan are presented so that opportunities to use information can thereby be increased.
