<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection preventing film having excellent antidazzle properties, nearly free from reduction of display contrast and free from the glare. <P>SOLUTION: In the reflection preventing film having at least one hard coat layer containing light transmissible particles having 5 to 12 μm average particle diameter and resin on a film base material, at least one over coat layer containing inorganic fine particles having ≤0.1 μm average particle diameter in a flocculation state on the hard coat layer and at least one low refractive index layer on the over coat layer, a surface rugged shape of the low refractive index layer has 1 to 4° average inclined angle θ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
