PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to readily create an aptamer corresponding to more targets in a short time. SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for producing the aptamer is designed to carry out selection by treatment washing. In the apparatus, the objective frequency of the selection is such that a wash liquid with chips 32 held with a dispenser 4 can be changed with the frequency of feed, and a chip holder 8 is previously filled with the plurality of chips 32 containing the wash liquid corresponding to the objective frequency of the selection individually required by the plurality of series of tubes 34 as reactors.
