PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of detecting a period which is sung by using (vibratos) technology from singing voice. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 of a karaoke device 1 detects a pitch from the singing voice, and firstly specifies a " vibratos candidate interval" from a variation aspect of the pitch. Namely, variations in the pitch specific to the vibratos are detected, based on the variation rate of the pitch in pitch rising and falling periods (interval A and interval B, respectively), and the interval required for tempory rise in the pitch (interval C length). Then, the vibratos candidate interval included in a " interval, when vibrato technology is used" which is detected separately, is excluded, and thereby the interval when the vibratos technology is used is ultimately specified.
