PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition using a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid based resin, which is excellent in characteristics such as heat resistance, moldability and flexibility in a balanced manner. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises at least a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid resin mainly containing a constitutional unit represented by the formula (1), -R1-COO- (wherein R1represents a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group), and a polyoxytrimethylene glycol resin mainly containing a constitutional unit represented by the formula (2).
