PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the movement and fixing operation of a shower hook, by aligning the rotational direction of an operation arm with the moving direction of the shower hook. SOLUTION: This movable shower hook is provided with a shower hook body 20 for embracing and holding a slide rail 10 installed on a wall surface such as a bathroom; a stopper mechanism 30, arranged inside the shower hook body and having a stopper member 31 brought into pressure contact with the slide rail by energizing force of a spring 34; an operation member 40 movable in the direction for separating the stopper member from the slide rail against the energizing force of the spring of the stopper mechanism; an operation arm 50, continuously arranged in the operation member which is projected outside the shower hook body and rotatable in the direction along the slide rail; an upper projection 61 and a lower projection 62 projected in the shower hook body, abutting on this operation arm, when the operation arm rotates and urging the shower hook body to move in the upward direction or the downward direction, along the slide rail by the further rotational movement of the operation arm.
