PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravel consolidation method that can be constructed readily without much time or troubles, and that can improve finishing. SOLUTION: According to consolidation method for the gravel, or the like 2, an urethane resin solution 3 containing moisture curable urethane polymer is spread on gravel, or the like 2; graveled on a lying surface 1 to consolidate the gravel, or the like 2; urethane polymer is transparent after cured; and the urethane resin solution 3 has a viscosity of 3-30 mPas at 25°C. In this case, preferably, the urethane resin solution 3 contains low-boiling point organic solvent, the viscosity at 25°C is controlled to 3-30 mPa by the low-boiling point organic solvent, and the low-boiling point organic solvent has a vapor pressure of 5-20 kPa at 25°C.
