PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely adjust the angle of bending of knees regardless of the height of a user by defining the range of adjustment of position of the contact face of a seat part according to the body size of the user. SOLUTION: The seat part 21 supports buttocks of the user M with soles placed on a footrest face, the upper surface of a footrest 40. The seat part 21 is displaced by a seat driving part 50 with a motor so that the weight of the user applied to legs of the user M varies. The seat part 21 is lifted by a lifting mechanism part 60 together with the seat driving part 50. The direction of lifting of the seat part 21 by the lifting mechanism part 60 is inclined backward to the vertical direction and is restrained on a line found by the minimum and maximum body sizes of the user.
