PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic hydraulic control valve having a filter structure in which constraints of a filtration area are limited by an easy assembly. SOLUTION: A second electromagnetic hydraulic control valve 7 comprises a capped type filter 53 coated with a valve housing 13. The capped type filter 53 forms an input filtration partαwhich prevents foreign objects from passing after permitting oil passing, an output filtration partβ, and an exhaust filtration partγon each part covering an input port 31, an output port 32 and an exhaust port 33 and is fixed to the electromagnetic actuator 12 using its caulking nail 44x in a state covered by the valve housing 13. The three functions can be set-up with only a capped type filter 53 and as the caulking nail 44x is used, costs can be saved. The assembling is easy because strong caulking never causes damage. Filtration areas of each filtration partα,β,γcan be provided larger so that oil passing resistance (pressure drop) can be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
