PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve which can prevent fluctuation of the distance between an outlet valve seat and an inlet valve seat, and can prevent the deterioration of its performance. SOLUTION: The solenoid valve 11 comprises a main valve portion 21 capable of changing a flow passage by the approach and separation of a valve element 27, and a solenoid portion 41 for driving the valve element 27 so as to come into contact with and separate from the inlet valve seat 22d. A body 22 is made of synthetic resin material so as to have a box shape with a bottom, and is integrally formed with the inlet valve seat 22d. In a valve chamber 23, an outlet passage 15a for communicating an outlet port R with a valve chamber 23 is formed, and also an outlet portion forming member 15 having the outlet valve seat 15c integrally formed therewith is arranged, The outlet portion forming member 15 is positioned and fixed at the position, where the distance between the outlet valve seat 15c and the inlet valve seat 22d is equal to the required stroke of the valve element 27, from the direction perpendicular to the direction for the approach and separation of the valve element 27.
