This bone modelling and guide device (UG) is notable in that it comprises a one-piece cylindrical body (10) set out in the form of and defined by two adjacent and concentric cylindrical bearing surfaces (10a, 10b), one of them being an outer one (10a), and in that the outer cylindrical bearing surface (10a) is formed with at least two indexing means (11-12) that fit into complementary shapes (13a) formed on a ring (13) secured to a surgical guide (14), and in that the inner bearing surface (10b) can be traversed by and guides the spindle (15a) of the boring tool (15), and in that the lower end (10a1) of the outer cylindrical bearing surface (10a) is bevelled, and in that the means (11-12) immobilize the guide device in terms of depth and in terms of rotation while the body is being positioned in the ring inset into the surgical guide. |
