Disclosed is a liquid polyhedral polysiloxane modified product, which is excellent in moldability and transparency. Also disclosed is a composition using the modified product. The modified product and the composition have good handleability. Specifically disclosed is a polyhedral polysiloxane modified product, which is obtained by modifying a polyhedral polysiloxane compound (a) containing an alkenyl group and/or a hydrosilyl group with a compound (b) having a hydrosilyl group and/or an alkenyl group which can be hydrosilylated with the component (a). Also specifically disclosed is a composition containing such a modified product.
