AN APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CASTING USING IMAGE SENSOR

A manufacturing apparatus using the image sensor is provided, which determines the abnormality of the manufactured casting by taking a picture of a gripped casting in the robot arm and comparing the pictured image with the image of the already stored casting. A manufacturing apparatus using the image sensor(10) comprises: a casting apparatus(50) injecting the metal solution in the internal space of the mold and manufacturing the casting(55); a robot arm(40) transferring the casting which is installed at one side of the casting apparatus; and an image sensor determining the abnormality of the manufactured casting by being electrically connected to the robot arm and mutually communicating with each other, taking a picture of the gripped casting in the robot arm, and comparing the image of the pictured casting with the image of the already stored casting.
