A heating apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same transmits the heat to the outside by using instant high temperature heating by supplying a warm air to the inside of an element. A material(102) is used for the generation of heat. A conductive film(105) is extended and formed except for a part of both sides of the material. An electrode terminal(107) is formed in both end sides of the conductive film. A power supply is positioned to be separated from the material and is electrically connected to the electrode terminal to supply the voltage to the electrode terminal. A blower(211) is positioned on both end sides of the material and supplies the warm air to the inside of the material. |
