A manufacturing method of fixing tool for polishing grindstone with nut and the fixing tool using the manufacturing method is provided to manufacture grinding stone of superior quality. A manufacturing method of fixing tool for polishing grindstone with nut comprises a step of mating a guiding bump(14) angled at a specific angle toward the center of a nut at periphery of a engaging protrusion; and a step which a combining hole(22) of a fixing piece(20) is integrally engaged along the edge of the combining hole. The guiding bump end edge corresponds to the diameter of the combining aperture.
