A liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the image distortion by reducing the difference of the common voltage by the location. A compensation signal line is molded in the non-display area of an upper plate(101). A lower plate(102) is arranged in order to face the upper plate, and the outer ring common line is molded in it. A liquid crystal layer(103) is formed on between the upper plate and lower plate. A plurality of silver contacts(Ag Dot) electrically contacts to a compensation signal line and an outer common line(151). The compensation signal line(161) is formed on the non-display area of the upper plate. The outer common line is formed on the lower plate.
