A vehicle maintenance lift having a sensing pad is provided to prevent the accident caused by the separation of a vehicle from a vehicle holder by enabling a user to elevate a carrier in safety based on the operation of a controller. A vehicle maintenance lift includes: a carrier which ascends and descends along a guide rail by a hydraulic cylinder; an arm which can be long and short at a fixing arm that rotates mounted at the carrier; a vehicle holder(50) on which a vehicle can be put. The vehicle holder includes an elevating shaft(60), a support plate(80) and a sensing pad(100). The sensing pad is supported by an elastic spring(130). |
