<p>A TCP handler (2) is provided with a first camera (6a) which is positioned on a front step side of a pusher unit (3) for photographing a TCP on a carrier tape (5); a camera stage (61a) which can move the first camera (6a) along the carrier tape (5); a mark punch (26a) and a reject punch (26b) which are positioned on a rear step side of the pusher unit (3) and make punch holes on the carrier tape (5); a third camera (6c) which is positioned on the rear step side of the punches (26a, 26b) and photographs the punch hole formed on the carrier tape (5); and a camera stage (61c) which can move the third camera (6c) along the carrier tape (5). With the TCP handler (2), the TCP and the punch hole can be detected in various cases without broadening the field of view of the third camera (6c).</p>
