CYLINDRICAL SCREEN PLATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

Provided is a cylindrical screen plate which can prevent abrasion of the internal surface of the cylindrical screen plate and improve its durability so as to enable highly accurate rotary screen printing. A method for manufacturing the cylindrical plate is also disclosed. The cylindrical screen plate is used in a screen printing device including: a cylindrical screen plate body having a hollow interior and a plenty of openings formed in accordance with a print image; and a squeezer arranged in the hollow interior, so that ink introduced into the hollow interior is excluded by the squeezer so as to pass through the openings and be transferred onto an object to be printed. At least the inner surface of the cylindrical screen plate body is coated with a surface reinforcing film.
