A system for acquiring information of a mobile terminal having camera and a method thereof are provided to improve the information recognition ratio of a customer in a long distance and a dark environment and maximize the information publicity effect and information acquisition ratio. An information code is equipped to discriminate a signboard installing lighting device(110). A code recognition apparatus(220) recognizes and decodes an information code photographed through a camera. A mobile terminal(200) includes a transceiver transmitting the information, recognized and decoded in the code recognition apparatus, to the outside. An information providing server receives information from the transceiver of the mobile terminal through the wireless network, and transmits each information corresponding to the received information through the wireless network to the transceiver of the mobile terminal. |
