TENSILE TEST SPECIMEN OF NANOINDENTER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A tensile test specimen for a minute compression-testing machine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a tension test using a minute compression-testing machine such as nano-indentor possible. A tensile test specimen(60) for a minute compression-testing machine includes a test unit, a supporting part, and a tensile load transfer part. The test unit is formed inside the specimen by processing the upper and lower sides of the specimen. The supporting part is supported at a support stand for test of the specimen and connected to the upper end of the test unit so that the tensile force is exerted on the test unit. The tensile load transfer part is connected to the lower end of the test unit in order to exert the load of the minute compression-testing machine as the tensile force on the test unit.
