The invention concerns pyrimidine com pounds of Formula (I), or a pharmac eutically acceptable salt thereof where A1, A2, A3, R1, n, R2, R3, and R4 ar e as defined in the description. The present invention also relates to pr oc esses for the preparation of such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions con taining them and their use in the manufacture of a medicament for use as an antiproliferative agent in the prevention or treatment of tumours or other p roliferative conditions which are sensitive to th e inhibition of EphB4 kina ses.
