<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all solid dye-sensitized solar cell enhancing conversion efficiency and to provide the manufacturing method of the all solid dye-sensitized solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The all solid dye-sensitized solar cell 1 is equipped with a transparent substrate 2 on which a transparent conductive layer 22 is formed; a porous layer 4 laminated on the transparent substrate 2 and made of a dye-sensitized porous semiconductor 41; a solid electrolyte layer 5 laminated on the porous layer 4 and made of a solid electrolyte (a polymer E2); and a counter electrode 6 laminated on the solid electrolyte layer 5.
