<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for issuing a reliable one-time password. <P>SOLUTION: This one-time password issuing system comprises: an IC card reader/writer transmitting time information to an IC card, and displaying warning information or the one-time password generated by the IC card; and the IC card comparing the time information received from the IC card reader/writer and the preceding time information having being precedingly received and stored in a storage means, deciding whether received time advances as compared to the preceding time or not, and (1) generating the one-time password by use of the time information and secret information when it is decided that the time information advances as compared to the preceding time, or (2) generating the warning information including the preceding time when it is decided that present time delays from the preceding time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
