<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize improved internal control of a financial report process simply and securely. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing unit includes a definition information storage control means for storing into a memory unit the definition information of a plurality of tasks having relationship that a data generated as a result of certain task execution is to be a data for use in executing another task, and a display control means for displaying on a display unit a screen in regard to job progress based on the task definition information stored in the memory unit by the definition information storage control means. Based on the scheduled date information of a task included in the definition information of a task, the display control means displays on the screen a schedule period from the start of the task to the examination thereof.
