<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issuing system capable of issuing a ticket without keeping a user waiting for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The ticket issuing system is provided with terminals 10 installed at respective stations for issuing tickets and special tickets and center equipment 23 integrally managing ticket issuing conditions of these terminals 10. For the ticket issuing terminal 10, an allocation method for previously allotting the number of tickets for each travel section and issuing previously allotted tickets or special tickets to ticket issue request information input by a customer, and an inquiry method for inquiring the center equipment of a ticket issue condition for each ticket issue request information input by a customer and issuing a ticket or a special ticket, for which issue is allowed by the center equipment, are prepared. The center equipment 23 manages the ticket/special tickets other that those allotted to allocation type terminals as unissued tickets, retrieves the unissued tickets in response to a ticket issue inquiry from the inquiry type terminal, and decides possibility of ticket issue based on the retrieval result to answer the decision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
