摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a region that has the same crystal orientation as that of the base metal and that is formed with crystals unidirectionally solidified as the base metal, in welding the base metal of a single crystal or unidirectionally solidified material. <P>SOLUTION: The base metal 40 is welded by applying a melt solidification process to the base metal 40 more than once so as to have different molten depths. In the above welding, when there are formed a side solidification tissue 43 which is solidified from the side of a first molten layer 47 formed in the first melt solidification process to have the same crystal orientation as the base metal 40 and a scanning direction solidification tissue 44 which is solidified in the scanning direction of a heat source to have the same crystal orientation as the base metal 40, a second molten layer 48 is formed which is shallower than the first molten layer 47 and which is formed by melting a region molten including the side solidification tissue 43 and the scanning direction solidification tissue 44. A second melt solidification process is performed in which, with the second molten layer 48 solidified, a bottom solidification tissue 42 is layered that is solidified from the bottom of the second molten layer 48 and that has the same crystal orientation as the base metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
