PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring structure of a full bridge circuit capable of reducing wiring loss, while maintaining a compact status. SOLUTION: A pair of first copper plates 8 constituting an output section of the full bridge circuit is arranged in parallel so as to be superposed on a plate shaped heat sink 12 with a heat radiating fin 12a mounted in the lower surface and with a plurality of switching elements 10 mounted in the upper surface, a pair of second copper plates 9 constituting an input terminal board of the full bridge circuit is arranged in parallel so as to be superposed on the first copper plates, and furthermore, a circuit board 13 on which a drive circuit for the full bridge circuit is mounted is arranged in parallel to be superposed on the second copper plates. By inserting a lead 15 of a switching element 10 into a hole provided in the first copper plates 8 and the second copper plates 9, and further into a hole provided on the circuit board 13, electrical connection is carried out and the full bridge circuit is formed.
