PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerating device for burning an object for incineration efficiently and uniformly in an incinerator. SOLUTION: The incinerating device 1 comprises the cylindrical incinerator 11 having openings in centers of both end faces; a rotation support part for supporting the incinerator rotatably with a cylinder center axis of the incinerator pointing in a horizontal direction; a motor rotated around the cylinder center axis of the incinerator; an incinerator cover 20 covering the one side end face of the incinerator; a first burner 30 installed at the incinerator cover to eject flames toward the inside of the incinerator; a first blower 35 supplying air into the incinerator; and an exhaust part communicating with the opening in the other side end face of the incinerator. In this incinerating device, the incinerator cover has a plurality of air blowing holes formed at the inside of the incinerator to supply air from the first blower, and the incinerator has protruding parts 14, 15 erected toward the inside of the incinerator from the internal wall surface of the incinerator.
