PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine generator 1 enabling gas-liquid separation of refrigerant after recovery of kinetic energy, while recovering kinetic energy of refrigerant circulating in a refrigerant circuit 31. SOLUTION: A gas refrigerant storage space 10 and a liquid refrigerant storage space 11 are respectively provided at an upper side and a lower side of a power generation mechanism 2 in casings 3, 4, 5 of a turbine generator 1. The turbine generator is provided with a gas refrigerant flow out pipe 7 communicating to the gas refrigerant storage space 10 with passing through the casings 3, 4, 5 and a liquid refrigerant flow out pipe 8 communicating to the liquid refrigerant storage space 11 with passing through the casings 3, 4, 5.
