PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure for a fluid filter miniaturizing a space necessary for discharging fluid, discharging fluid without using an exclusive tool, provided with compatibility of fluid filters and preventing installation failure of a seal member when an element is replaced. SOLUTION: This drain structure for the fluid filter is provided with a bracket 11 having a flow-in path and a flow-out path of fluid flowing in and out of an oil filter, a drain port 21 provided with branching off from the flow-in path 12a of the bracket 11 and discharging fluid in the oil filter, a drain cock 31 attached on a branch path 14 branching off to the drain 21 port from the flow-in path 12a and enabling circulation from the fluid filter to the drain port by changing over a channel. In such a drain structure for the fluid filter, oil in the fluid filter can be discharged from the drain port by only operating a channel change over member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
