PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a direct injection engine controlling a direction of fuel injected from an injector for cylinder injection with taking inhibition of oil dilution into account. SOLUTION: The control system for the direct injection engine is provided with the injector 6 for cylinder injection capable of changing direction of injection of fuel mf. The system is provided with a sensor detecting properties of the fuel mf. The system is provided with a control part controlling injection direction of fuel mf based on information from the sensor.
