PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet a requirement of measuring in a reference operational state for acquiring a torque step at each cylinder by defining the reference operational state to reduce causes for generating rotation fluctuation, when a correction amount corresponding to the torque step from the rotation fluctuation by measuring the rotation fluctuation corresponding to the torque generated in each cylinder. SOLUTION: In a control device for controlling a speed of an engine, the engine speed is measured to calculate a parameter indicating fluctuation in engine speed, and a fuel injection amount supplied to each cylinder of the engine is controlled according to the parameter, thus suppressing the fluctuation in engine speed.
