PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing gas oil alternative fuel in which the gas oil alternative fuel can be produced by charging a fat and oil, an alcohol, and a catalyst, subjecting these components to transesterification, and quickly removing glycerol by separation from a fatty acid alcohol ester obtained. SOLUTION: A container 1 is equipped with an ultrasonic vibrator 2 at the bottom thereof, and an oscillator 3 is connected to the ultrasonic vibrator 2. The fatty acid alcohol ester 4 is put into the container 1. A supersonic wave having a frequency of 40-500 kHz and an irradiation strength of 0.5 W/cm<SP>2</SP>or less is irradiated from the ultrasonic vibrator 2 with the output from the oscillator 3.
